Are your products genuine?

Yes, we are fully registered Limited Trading business and we carefully source our products as we take great pride in what we do.

Can I get help on your phone line?

What is your email address?

You may email any queries you may have regarding products or questions to sales@theclublabel.com.

What is your store’s address?

We currently do not have a physical retail store. Hopefully this will change.

PACKAGING & DELIVERY

How will my order be packaged?

All orders are carefully packaged by our team, the order will be in it’s original packaging and placed into our delivery bags.

Are my goods insured?

Yes, your goods are covered by the delivery cost.

Will I need to sign for my order?

Yes, a signature will be required upon delivery. At the moment it's down to your delivery couriers discretion due to Covid-19.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?

No, sorry you cannot change your address after it has been dispatched, we’re sorry as we can’t redirect any orders once they’ve left our store.

How can I track my item?

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email including the tracking ID.

What happens if I’m out when my order arrives?

If you‘re not home to receive your parcel, a card will be left giving you the option to re-arrange collection.

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards which includes Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and Delta. All credit card details are secured with 128-bit encrypted sessions and all vital information is stored in a heavily fortified database that is protected by government approved firewalls.

Can you take payment over the telephone?

No, sorry we cannot accept any orders over the phone.

What happens to my personal information?

We stress that all personal information entered into your account is strictly private and confidential.

I can’t log into my account, what can I do?

If you seem to be unable to log into your account, then visit our contact page and we will help you.

I have forgotten my password, what can I do?

If you have forgotten your password, you can click on “Forgot Your Password” and enter your email address, it will send an email with a link to reset your password.

 

How do I use my discount code/gift voucher?

If you have a discount code or gift voucher, then you can use these in the shopping cart. Enter your code into the box provided and it will generate the discount or your gift voucher value.
